New Service Hours at the WelcomeDesk starting October 1, 2026

Dear students, prospective students, and visitors,

 In order to provide you with consistent and high-quality support, we are adjusting the opening and contact hours at the WelcomeDesk (Building 01) starting with the Winter Semester 2026/27.

By consolidating our staff capacity during high-demand core hours, we ensure optimal support in person, by phone, and via email.

Service Hours as of October 1, 2026:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.
• Friday: 09:00 a.m. – 01:30 p.m. (extended until 03:00 p.m. during the orientation period in October)

 24/7 Digital Self-Services:

Many requests (e.g., certificates of enrollment, address updates, transcripts) can be accessed anytime via the university study portal myOVGU and LSF online.
